The images below show the recent off tool parts and tool for the interior trim chimsel holder. The tool was made in 10 weeks and is ready for production of parts for Jaguar.

  Made with P20 steel. All movements fully auto for robot removal

  Image shown from T1 with no flash issues and has been submitted for grain approval.

  All detail fully formed with the aid of large sliding core movement.

  This tool was made with P20 HH steel and is ready to be textured to Jaguar specification.

BMW/Mini F56 Rear Side Panel

The images below show parts and tool makeup for a large interior trim side panel. This tool was made in 12 weeks to data supplied and mouldflow simulation analysis.Tool has now been supplied to tier 1 moulder and is ready for start of production.
